With everything you do in life challenge yourself. Find challenges and push yourself! This morning whilst walking I must admit I felt good challenging myself and making it to the top of a couple of steep hills (feels like a daunting challenge when you are at the bottom of any hill). Before I would be out of breath in the early stages of my walk and now with each passing day my fitness and mental wellbeing increases with time and effort. I feel more confident in every aspect of my life when I feel good about myself. Make time for yourself, you are ultimately the captain of your own ship, if you don’t invest in yourself you are merely existing and not living in your full capacity.
