Going for a walk is such a wonderful way to feel good about yourself in a heartbeat. One of my favourite things to do is park the car and go for a walk along the Brisbane River. Mother Nature has such a calming effect on my mind, body and soul. During my walk I love listening to my favourite music or listening to a podcast and watching the Brisbane River as I walk. Observing the sun glistening on the river is such a beautiful image to behold.
