A bath can encourage a healing space and place where we can clear our minds and delve into a deep meditative state. A space where we can visualise and cleanse our minds for the week ahead. Sundays are my bath and visualisation days where I run myself a bath, some days I add Epsom Salts and some days aromatherapy bath salts. As I rest in stillness, I create a space in my mind for myself to dream, visualise, connect and become conscious and aware of my choices. Set aside an hour for yourself and make this time your sacred time of healing your body and recharging your battery.
A bath can be a great start to your week ahead, preparing your mind, body and soul for your journey. Shower yourself with self-love, acceptance and the self-approval you need to be all that you can be. Create rituals that empower you to feel good about yourself from within. You can also add crystals along your bath and repeat positive affirmations to encourage you to step into your week with an empowered mindset.
Know that you are worth the time, worth the investment and worthy of taking care of yourself. Invest in your dreams, invest in your vision and empower yourself to be all that you can be.
